Training includes leadership and communication skills, problem-solving and program planning. CITs will also be coached in effective interview techniques and given opportunities to participate in mock interviews with Y professionals. Interested individuals must complete and submit the CIT Application Form prior to camp registration in order to be accepted into this program.
