Losing weight can be tough, but we’re here to help! Join our Weight Loss Program, designed to help people seeking a healthier weight achieve their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors and following healthy lifestyle habits.
Participants in the 12-week program meet once a week to discuss topics relevant to weight loss and discuss goals for the coming week. Participants should be ready to commit to daily food and physical activity tracking as well as developing self-designed weekly action plans that incorporate what is learned during each session.
WHAT: Weight Loss Program
WHERE: Hillsborough YMCA
WHEN: March 4 - May 23 (Mondays at 7 p.m., or Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. or 7 p.m.)
WHO: YMCA Members & the community
COST: $99 for members, $299 for community (this fee includes the cost of a YMCA membership for the duration of the program)
