This spring we're pleased to offer some new and returning programs at each of our YMCA branches:
At Bridgewater and Somerville YMCAs,
we have family-friendly aquatics programming that focuses on fun and water safety. We’ve also expanded our youth sports offerings to include tennis and flag football. Through
these expanded programs, the Y encourages kids and families to be more active and discover their passion.
At Hillsborough YMCA,
we're introducing LIVESTRONG
® at the YMCA, a free program to assist those who are living with, through or beyond cancer to strengthen their spirit, mind and body. We are also thrilled that on June 4, Hillsborough YMCA’s 16th Annual Hop 5K will mark the start of Healthy Hillsborough Day, a partnership with Hillsborough Township, making the event the largest in the history of the race.
At Somerset Hills YMCA,
we're offering Delay the Disease™, a fitness and mobility program designed for those living with Parkinson’s disease. We are also thrilled that on June 6, Somerset Hills YMCA’s 26th Annual Golf Classic will return to Roxiticus Golf Club.
Additionally, on February 10 we kicked off our Somerset County YMCA 2016 Annual Campaign. The Annual Campaign raises vital funds that allow the Y to transform lives by offering direct financial assistance to neighbors who need it most, as well as by offering community programs.
