At the Y, we believe that a strong body, an active mind and the feeling of being connected is important to leading a fulfilling life. Our engaging programs, classes and events will help you improve your health and sense of achievement while you connect with people who care. The Y provides a stress-free environment for you to build a healthy spirit, mind and body, which will contribute to your overall wellness. At the Y, we want our programs to be accessible to everyone, so we have reduced rates for active older adults, who are very often on a fixed‑income. We hope you take advantage of the variety of fitness programs, swim offerings, social events, and volunteer opportunities the Y offers seniors.
Activities take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am – 2:00 pm. Seniors have access to any programming during that time.
